Two layers, with different purposes
e-CF source
The source contains 41 e-competences. Its published content stays unchanged.
Local Data/AI extension
The draft adds 20 local skills, 27 conditional e-CF links and six local role families. These are project hypotheses for review.
A relation means that a skill may be relevant to an e-CF competence when the task evidence supports it. It does not assign an e-CF level or prove a person has the skill.
